  • Georgia Counties: Gordon, Floyd, Murray, Whitfield, Catoosa, Chattooga, Walker, Gilmer, Pickens, Fannin, Union, Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Paulding, DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Polk.
  • Tennessee Counties: Hamilton and Bradley.

Bottle Deposits: Only charged on the initial setup for “water only” accounts. Deposits are waived for accounts with a monthly cooler rental.

Minimum Order: 3 bottles (5gal/3gal) OR 3 cases of 16oz water.

The specific dimensions and weights of the coolers can vary by model, but typical water coolers are approximately:

  • Cold Cooler: About 12-14 inches wide, 12-14 inches deep, and 36-40 inches tall.
  • Hot & Cold Cooler: Similar in size to cold-only units, but may be slightly taller (up to 42 inches).

Weight:

  • An empty cooler generally weighs between 25–35 lbs.
  • When loaded with a full 5-gallon water bottle (each bottle weighs about 42 lbs), the total weight can be approximately 70–80 lbs.

  • Spring Water: Sourced from natural springs, spring water is filtered to remove impurities while retaining naturally occurring minerals, offering a crisp, refreshing taste.
  • Distilled Water: Produced by boiling water and condensing the steam back to liquid, distilled water is free from minerals and contaminants, making it ideal for appliances, medical use, and those who prefer pure water.
  • Sizes: Available in 5-gallon and 3-gallon bottles for dispensers, and 16oz cases for on-the-go consumption.
